Paris

I was in Paris. City of Love, Macarons, Croissants, Baguette…

Unfortunately for only two days. But it was also a great time. The sun was shining and we had a lot of fun. My french-school class and me we were in a big hotel near by the center of Paris.

At the first day, we did a tour with a boat on Seine. The big river in Paris. It was very funny because there were many Japanese people with their cameras. A lot of people asked me if they could have a photo with me. Because of my blond hair. I don’t know why they do so much photos with strangers. But I think they will show the photos to their family and say: “Look, I met a person with blond hair” It is a little bit strange but also sweet. I like this people. They are crazy, but I like crazy.

After the tour, we could visit paris in little groups. My group walked down the Avenue des Champs-Elysées. I brought some Macarons in the best confectioner from Paris. ”Ladurée” It was so delicious! After this tasty stop, we were in the shop “Forever 21” and we brought a lot of things. In the evening our feeds were hurt and we were sweaty but happy. We ate a veggie burger and finally we fall asleep immediately.

I woke up early because of a strange sound. It is the alarm clock from someone in my room? No. Is it a police serene? But why? More girls woke up and we asked each other what this strange sound could be. Suddenly I realized that it could be the fire alarm. One girl went outside, but then the sound stops. Tired and confused, we tried to sleep again but I couldn’t.

After breakfast (Croissants) we drove with the metro to tour d’Eiffel. We took a lot of photos. One of my friends wanted to go to a bubble tea shop because there aren’t any “bubble T.” shops in Cologne. We brought two of them but I don’t like it very much so my friend drank both.

We went to Louvre and I was really impressed. I saw the Mona Lisa and many other sculptures and paintings. But I don’t understand the people. You can see Mona Lisa on post cards and in the Internet but when you are there, there are so many people… you only can see a part of the painting. So it is more comfortable to google the painting. But it was also a good experience. After that, we went in to a little french coffee and ate something. We brought an ice cream and walked to the river. The weather was beautiful, but when we drove back to the hotel to take our baggage’s, we were also happy to drive home. The days were fantastic but also very exhausting.
